Digital course for seed inspectors
Mwabu worked with subject-matter experts from the Zambian Seed Control and Certification Institute (SCCI) to develop a digital professional course for seed inspectors. It was a pleasure working with this professional group and look forward to future collaboration opportunities as the SCCI team expand their training offering.
Digital life skills modules for YWCA Safe Spaces programme
Based on the Safe Spaces facilitators guide of the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) Zambia, Mwabu created three digital modules for this organisation, focussed on Life Skills topics.
Smart Care training
Together with BroadReach (later IHM Africa), Mwabu digitised SmartCare health records system training for healthcare professionals in Zambia. This system is used country-wide to keep digital patient records.
E-learning for Zambian healthcare workers
Through a five-year contract with Jhpiego, Mwabu facilitated the design and setup of a learning management system to house digital training for Zambian healthcare workers, in parallel with development of five e-learning courses focussed on HIV/AIDS and TB prevention and patient management.
Digital boost for maternal and child health
As a scope extension to Jhpiego Zambia’s e-learning development project, Mwabu continued our work collaborating with healthcare professionals to transform their paper-based materials to interactive digital materials.
Digital financial education
In partnership with Financial Sector Deepening Zambia (FSDZ) Mwabu developed a digital financial education course based on Restless Development materials. This course was also translated to local language to make it more accessible to the target audience.
HIV/AIDS addition to digital portfolio
Following the success of their digital conservation education modules Mwabu developed in collaboration with Conservation Lower Zambezi (CLZ) we partnered again to create an HIV awareness module for CLZ to include in their education programme.

Mwabu worked with Conservation Lower Zambezi (CLZ) to create digital content for their Environmental Education Programme, which provides information on wildlife protection and sustainability.
