About Us

  • Mwabu is a technology-based education solutions provider that trains and supports teachers and learners in African primary schools

  • We work in the most challenging of rural areas, providing appropriate technology and innovative solutions to improve learning outcomes

  • We believe affordable solutions and effective data collection and analysis are essential to drive change for lasting improvements

  • Mwabu’s interactive learner content and teacher lesson plans became available in 2014, since when we have sold almost 50,000 licences

  • We also develop digital training solutions across other sectors for any age group

Our Story

  • We were the earliest developer and deployer of primary school digital educational content in Zambia

  • In 2020 our content was updated and rebuilt to make it easier to distribute and reorganise

  • In 2022 iSchool rebranded to Mwabu Education Zambia

  • Our services include teacher training and support, data analytics, surveys, attendance, hardware provision, connectivity and power solutions

  • Pipeline projects include a cost-efficient quick digital assessment solution, early childhood content, focussed literacy and numeracy offerings
