Mwabu is in the running to the land the Educational Award which recognises services which are striving to improve education by utilising mobile or other technologies. We’re honoured to be up for the prize alongside Kukua – Sema Land (Kenya) and Snapplify, Xander Education and Praekelt dig-it (all South Africa).
Mwabu is also up for the Changing Africa prize, an award that seeks to recognise the leading companies driving game-changing initiatives across Africa. The other finalists are Jumo, RippleNami (Kenya), Vodacom Mum & Baby and Vodacom e-school (South Africa).
Making the shortlist for two different awards is massive news for us and we’re eagerly awaiting the outcomes!
